Exchange circuits

Circuit notes

Circuit books provide a convenient way for APS members to fill gaps in their collection, or to dispose of duplicate stamps. Any financial member of the Society may ask to belong to a Circuit, and once joined will be able to buy or sell stamps.

There is no charge to belong to a Circuit but you must be a current financial member of APS.

Material for sale is mounted in special booklets available from the Society at a cost of $0.75 each.

These booklets are circulated amongst financial members of the Society who have indicated their desire to receive them. It is expected that recipients will pass on circuit books within three days of initial receipt and will make immediate payment via a bank transfer to the Society's account for any items purchased.

The rules and regulations governing circuit books can be found on the back of each circuit book.

Sellers are charged a commission of 12.5% of total sales. Payouts are made to sellers quarterly.
