Please include name, phone number and (ideally) email address for two referees - either APS members, members of another NZ stamp club, or other reputable persons.  

APS members pay an annual subscription which will be requested once your application has been processed.

Details provided in this application will only be used for the purposes of the club and not divulged to any outside party or interest.
